Do I need a webcam to receive a reading?

A webcam is only needed if you want your psychic to be able to see you. A microphone is needed for your advisor to hear you.  
If you do not have a microphone, you will have to input your questions in the text chat box.
In order for your webcam to operate correctly with our service, you will need to give permission to Adobe Flash player to use your webcam when the pop-up dialog appears. If you encounter problems, right click on the chat window and select settings to ensure that the settings in the Flash player are correct for your webcam.

How do I get my free 5-minute reading?

As a new customer, when you create an account you will be given $20 in free credits to put toward a reading by one of our expert psychics. As all of our psychics have rates of less than $4 per minute, you will get at least 5 minutes free, just for registering.

How does billing work on psychicdreams.com? Will I be re-billed?

Your purchases are ONE TIME, non-recurring charges. Your card will NOT be automatically re-billed. Purchases on psychicdreams.com simply provide you with pre-paid credits to use on a per-minute basis with one or more of our psychics.

Are your psychics accurate?

Our Psychic hiring managers screen and test the skills of each psychic before we hire them. Each psychic is tested for accuracy, compassion, professionalism and desire to help others with their metaphysical problems.

The psychic I would like to chat with is not online right now? Can I make a reservation?

Once you have created a username and profile (at no charge) you will have the option of being alerted when a particular psychic is available for readings online. This feature can be found on the psychic’s profile page above the video chat box.

There is a $2 charge on my online credit card statement. I thought registration was free?

The $2 charge is just to validate that your credit card is active and that you are over the age of 18. The charge is only a temporary authorization and will be refunded to your credit card in a couple of days’ time.
